**** service during rash hours

I still stand to be corrected, why do these ppl have only two pay points open during the most busiest times??? This is sad. It's 1806hrs and only two pay pints are open yet there is a long traffic que. Why?? WHAT IS THE MANAGEMENT DOING ABOUT THIS? DO THEY EVEN CARE ABOUT US??? Clearly No!!!
