Grasmere Toll Plaza

I'm very much dissapointed and concerned over the service I recieved this evening at Grasmere Toll plaza around 17:50 as the lady that was working there refused to accept my Capitec banking card which was the only card I had on me at that current moment as she instructed me that they dont accept any banking card from Capitec apart from a credit card, I was therefore instructed to conduct an ******* u turn or reverse on a oneway for over a radius of 50metres so I can join the main road, which would lead me to the nearest Atm, which I found to be very much stupid and unprofessional for such a huge organization. I can't help but wonder as to what would of happened if I was female driving with kids inside the vehicle at night, and that was being communicated to me, what type of Country are we living in though.
