ETAGS NOT WORKING AT THE GANTRY

There must be something done about their tag sensors at that tollgate, i pass there every morning and evening and i use a company vehicle with e tag with a positive balance on it, but when i go through the lane sometimes the sensors picks up the tag sometimes it does not and on most occasions i end up carrying money because the boom wont open, please can we have those sensors checked, im loosing a lot of money daily
