Unfair **************

My wife received the worst service from an employee of the shop. After receiving her pictures which was printed the lady said very discriminative words which are against labour laws. The manager was not there and when I spoke the manager Mr Nelson over the phone he said he will get back to me. I still have not received any feedback. I want to take this matter further to the ombudsman as my wife’s rights as a customer was violated.
