Terrible service

My windscreen was replaced a few weeks ago. There was wind coming in and i phoned to tell them that its was not completed correctly as there is wind coming in. Yet again they came to fix it and yet again it wasnt done correctly. Its started raining and the car is leaking through the roof light at the front meaning that my car im soaking wet. I tried phoning but they are closed on a Saturday and there is no emergency numbers. This is not what i paid for.
