Dstv

I called them to install my dstv extra view , already had existing view. They advertised for R550 including twin LMB, when they finished they wrote a slip for callout fee R350, duplexor R299, and cabling 9m for R160. Total of R1361. They left and the primary view did not work, called them and they came the next day saying that my dish can't run 2 HD decoders I need a bigger dish and also they primary decoder is out dated , had to buy another new decoder R499 plus the dish galvanised for R850, plus petrol money of R100. Total R1350. Both decoders worked when they left but when I woke up in the morning the decoders could not cummicate again. Called them and they say it's dstv, called dstv and they say it's an installation error. I'm sitting on day 3 going into 4 and still no dstv after spending over R3000 already. I just had to share my experience so no one can make the same mistake.
