I payed for non existing advert

This guy called me and told me that he will help me with the Marketing for my Company i was sold and payed for the adverti*****t but as i always do i asked for the copy of the booklet he advertise on but i have never received one, i then asked for his Facebook and Website links where he claim to advertise at but to my surprise his last update was in the early days of july and by the time was mid August non of my ad was on and i believe there are other people who pays him for 3, 6 and 12 month advertising but there ads are not running as they were promised...this is a warning to everyone before you think of doing business with GPS advertising think twice.
