Zero feedback from the so called legal department

<p>Someone, anyone, please come to my rescue. It has been more than a year battling with this department. I lodged a dispute re my deceased fathers pension payout. Each week I phone to get feedback, each week I am told the file is with the legal department I should phone on the same day the following week. I am starting to think that this legal department is some sort of mythical creature that only exists within the GEPF. No one has seen them, no one can contact them, they have never made contact with anybody. Ever! How long is this gonna drag on for??? its very frustrating and dissapointing. </p>
