Zero stars! Probably the most *********** and useless company I have ever dealt with. On your website, you promise that a funeral benefit will be paid within 72 hours. We are over two months now, and nothing. This goes to show that this company does not care, have no compassion and clearly expect clients to borrow funeral money until such time they decide to release payment on a benefit. First of all, take down your 72 hour promise from your website... you should be embarrassed by this. There is nothing worse than a company that cannot keep it's own word. Second of all, you are playing with peoples financial security, but I suppose you couldn't care less. I can only pray for the rest of your clients in need. I noticed that you also do not even reply or react on complaints because how can you keep up with the 1000's and 1000's of complaints - or maybe, once again, you just don't care. Amend your your so-called "caring" website because it's full of lies. Be transparent and state on your website - "we know that we are very much *********** and heartless, so please do not expect any payment soon."
