Worst service ever

I am relatively used to bad service in this country but GEPF is by far the worst I ever had the displeasure to have to deal with. I have been waiting for almost 14 months not only for the pension fund policy, but the funeral policy. I am very close to losing my house because they cannot be bothered to do their jobs. Even their own Ombudsman is useless.
