Worst Service ever at GEPF

<p>I resigned from the South African Police Service on 08 January 2016 after 14 years of service. I am struggling till date to get my pension from the Gepf. During this process I had to follow up with them everyday or week. The one day they will give you feedback that there are no errors and the next day another consultant will tell you there is documents outstanding. They never give you any feedback or inform you of errors if you do not follow up yourself. The enquiries on their email address or escalations send by the consultants are never answered. With a lot of fighting my file are currently at the contribution section since 14 November 2016 but now they have a back log and they cant give me any feedback on how long the process may still take. The consultants ad Supervisors are of no assistance in this matter and just say that they will send another request to speed up the process but the enquiry are never answered. Is this really fair that this people can treat me as if I owe them money and take almost a year to pay the funds???</p>
