Worst service ever, 3 months of calling everyday, no answer

This is truly ridiculous, there is no service at all. I have been waiting 5 months for the payment. In 3 months of trying to call everyday, they only answered once, in the middle of the call it went over to the rate your service machine. So I have not been able to follow up i 3 months time. My tax clearance was approved 4 weeks ago already and still no payment was made to my preservation fund. I feel hopeless and don't know what to do
