work a life time only to die of starvation

My mother worked for 38 years as a nurse in government and was always comforted that in her old age she would have access to her pension. <br> Pity this has still not happened as she retired 31-12-2015, she has not received a monthly pension nor her lump sum, while she is being sent from pillar to post she is starving at home and as much as we try we are unable to cover all her debts as she hasn't had an income in 2 months. <br> All we need is answers, could somebody give her some indication as to what the hold up is. I have listed her number, she needs an answer as to when she will get her money too. <br> I tried emailing the email addresses listed on your website, but have not received any reply.
