Why are u making me suffer GDPF is it because you kids still have parents?

My mother passed away last year 2020, ever since I've been trying to claim with GDPF and they haven't taken me seriously. I'm 21 and I app**** for the guardian fund last year around August and now a year later I still haven't received my fund I'm about to turn 22 and they won't give me anything after that. I submitted all your documents what do u want from me ? For gods sake I don't have parents why can't I get the little that they left for me? They document has been pending for a year now waiting for u guys to pay me tuu im suffering
