Where is Batho Pele principles?

Our government departments plays a key role in meeting the needs of the people but not all departments. I understand it's a free call but some agents needs training. If I called last week and the next agent doesn't find any information on the system regarding why i called. It is very unprofessional and time consuming for any pensioner. On the website please update the turnaround time of 72 hours to 30 days since this is how long it takes to process funeral benefit claims. I stand to be corrected, management please motivate the employees to take every call and log notes on the system to make it easy for the next agent to assist further. Thank you
