What is the problem??

<p>I shudder to think of the level of imcompentency we are dealing with at the GEPF. I handed in my documents at the end of May 2016 and was shocked when by November I still had not received my payout. Now we're at the end of January 2017 and I am no closer than what I was then. Everytime I phone it's just a waste of time and money. You keep telling me that my file has been escalted, but it means nothing because there is never any progress. Can't you just start one file and only move on when it is finished. What is it going to take for my file to be finalised?? Makes one think that there is indeed something sinister going on at the fund. </p>
