What a Nightmare.!!!

My documents have been submitted on February 2019, GEPF have still not paid out my pension fund. Ont-op of that the government HR department at EMS is also pathetic at ensuring staff documentation is submitted effectively, under-s****ed management team at HR is also a key reason. Although as a beneficiary no attempt has been made by GEPF to ensure that an individuals pension is paid out on time. This is gross mal administration and very poor service.
