If there was a zero rating I was going to give them triple zero ....they are so cruel to an extent that they don't even feel for widows.....my husband passed away on the 15th of July 2020 he was working for department of correctional services and his passing I went to GEPF to claim the benefits for me and my two daughters....since the 31st of July until now I am still waiting for the payment...when I call them today I am assisted by this lady she will give you another story ,Thobile,Lebeko,Lesego,thalitha,Zanele you mentioned them and they will say please call supervisor Edith on this number you won't even understand if the supervisor Edith s number does exist.....I saw on their advert they saying in 60 days family should have received their money...my husband worked for this money but it seems somebody feels like she is doing favour to us ..this is our benefits which we suppose to get it's now almost a year but the file is stucked at payment section for two months supervisor Edith and Yvonne their just took my number in order for them to put them in their offices ...we need the money it is supposed to be earned every month but we not even sure if we going to get it all ...there is no truth in this world from July to may no payment yet...but I am not surprised because even the funeral benefits I got it in January...please let's try to work without being pushed and think about this poor kids whom their dad sweat for years for them to survive even if he is no more.
