waiting one year for payout.
My mother passed away in April 2014. The employer submitted the documents in September 2014. We have been waiting for the payout ever since. The call center agents say they are busy with it and then adviced to call after 7 days but no progress . We were given a time frame of 60 working days... it's now 365 days. Persal number ***1. Pension CP***1.

Please be advised that I have looked into the case and found that an error was noted on the application on the 09th of September 2015.
* The spouses estate late account is required.
