My documents was submitted on the 03/11/16, my collogue documents was submitted on the 28/10/16, she has already received her money. When will mine be paid out. My tax affairs is on order, and so is all the documents. Yesterday when I phoned it was still a membership. Now who can I contact at membership to find out what is going on and when will payment be made? Please get back to me as this is really urgent.
