Waiting for pension payments

With regards to your email below, please note that the GPAA only received your pension documents 21/07/2015 and it is currently in process.
No date of payment or finaliation has been confirmed as yet.
Please note that the GPAA takes +- 60 days to process ones file, provided that all information received from the employer is correct.
We would like to assure you that our Office is looking into the matter and will provide you with feedback in this regard as soon as the matter has been concluded.
