WAITING FOR PENSION MONEY TO BE PAID OUT

I went on early retirement end of January 2020, up to date no answers were given on when I will be receiving my pension money. The persons at GEPF that is working on it is Marie van der Klashorst and Tracy Peters. I am on line with the info center for 30 min today and yesterday I hold on for 45 min. Nothing and nobody can give you timelines or any answer. They must realize that behind every barcode and pension number is a real person just waiting for their money owed to them.
