Waiting for Payout at GEPF for Two Years. Please HELP!

My two brothers and I have been patiently waiting for my belated mother's pension fund to process from the GEPF. My mom passed away in 2016-07-13 and we filled out and handed in all the necessary documentation several times.

We have been sent pillar to post to no avail, with us often being the party that needs to follow-up, and travel from one department to the next. Last year we were told that our documents were being processed for payment but just recently we were told there's discrepancies preventing the transfer but not on our documentation but the employers.

We are tired, angry, emotionally drained and suspect *******ion. We need help, and if anybody knows the right channels to escalate this matter, please help us.
