Waiting for divorce settlement payout

<p>I'm doing this entry for a friend: Tammarisk Roelofse: </p> <p> </p> <p>I've never had such a frustrating time in my life. They say it can take up to a year, when on their website it says 60 days. I went in on the 28th of April. I cannot wait so long for this. This is absolute *******. I will paste the email on this site. My court order clearly states it must be paid. I am a teacher, you need to pay this out. I am a teacher and cannot survive like this. </p> <p> </p> <p>Good evening,</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>After several attempts to contact your offices and only getting through twice with no constructive feedback, I have decided to write this mail.</p> <p>This will be my final attempt before getting my legal advisor involved.</p> <p>As per the court order of my divorce, the pension law and your pension policy which I have attached for your perusal, it states that this matter will be resolved within 60 days.</p> <p>With this not being comp**** with, it causes the emotional stress of my dissolved marriage not to subside, and I continue to live with memories of the past which I would like to put behind me.</p> <p>I have submitted all the necessary documentation on the 28th of April 2017 at your Johannesburg branch, which brings me back to my time and money wasting phone calls, where the operator told me that this could take up to a year?</p> <p>Then she tells me to phone back every 2 weeks, why?</p> <p>I would appreciate it, if you could get back to me on how far this matter has progressed, and by when this can be settled.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Yours Sincerely,</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Tamarisk Roelofse</p> <p>084 ********** </p>
