Waiting a year for a death claim

My mother passed on last year the 8 of May 2018 and I submitted the relevant documents to gepf on the 1st of June they told me that the process will take three months and I've been waiting since then please help I am in agony because it's been almost a year waiting 4 payout I'm desperate because I am unemployed and I'm the first child,I take care of my two siblings my younger sister is in University and I need to make sure that she completes her studies, so I fully depend on this pay out that gepf has promised to pay out within 3 months and I've been waiting almost a year they keep on taking me from pillar to post and I am exhausted I borrow money to go to the offices to check what is wrong with the file or why payments are not made out only to find out that I get the same story that wait for 3 weeks it's almost a year.
