Waiting 6 months now for a 60 day court letter payout

We have been struggeling since 20th of June with my mothers pension fund to pay out they submitted all the documents as requested.

According to the divorce claim papers the benefits should have paid out within 60 days of divorce - its 6 months later and still nothing

Wheb you phone all you get is.... it is at the payment section for the past 3 weeks now!

Any ideas on how we can speed this up???
