VERY UNHAPPY!!

I submitted all the necessary documents to GPAA on 18/05/2016 in connection with my claim for a share in my ex-wife’s pension interest and I’m getting nowhere with my queries via the call centre. They just say that they have a backlog. It has been escalated, but still no movement. Her pension number is ********** 3.

I don’t know where to turn to get this resolved and I am now appealing to you to help get the payment that is due to me as soon as possible. I've already been waiting for over 3 months!

Kindly note that I have made an urgent follow up with the relevant section in order to speed up the process.

I will liaise again once there are new developments.

Kind Regards.

This is just a generic response. Nothing has changed.

Am I going to get a real respose with actual progress or just a computer generated response? Is anyone looking into this?
