VERY POOR

<p>im writing this on behalf of my mother Vivian Segano who is currently under medical unfit retirement,she's been put on hold by GEPF for 5 months now without pay.Due to divorce papers,during my mother's divorce she received no settlement of divorce only received a final decree of divorce which stated the joint estate be divided betweeen the parties.And being so according to the High Court of Law in 1995 no retirement funds should be divided unless stated on the final order of divorce,which it didn't. My mother has received letter from home loans to pay otherwise we will be evicted,GEMS has cancelled her medical because they are not receiving subsidy due to pension funds not being released by GEPF and when we went to the GEPF office in Pretoria and Johannesburg they give us attitude and tell us they don't why pension funds is not releasing my mother's funds.My mother worked for government for 32 years and this is how she's treated for the money she worked so hard for.Now we will be evicted while my mother has money What my mother wants is her pension funds the money she worked for,GEPF's intention is to make sure my mother doesn't her money and that's bull****</p>
