Useless person fund

Why is it so difficult to get any feedback from this department. My dad past away on 08/01/2025 And mother did receive any feedback or payments regarding this pension. Every time I requested feedback i must submit third-party documents. Then I must explain that its has been submitted. This is bad or the worst service ever. Al i need to know how long does it will take before they will start payments to my Mother. I dont get any feedback. I emailed all the relevant documents Ref STQ58/CP ***1
