USELESS GEPF FAILING To PAY TWO POTS AS PROMISED

I have app**** for two pots on 19 October 2024. Since then I have been waiting for payment. I checked with SARS and they confirmed with me that they Approved mine on 11 October 2024 and sent it back to GEPF for payment. But till today am still waiting.

To make the matter worse GEPF call centre is not working. This GEPF is a **** shame. No wonder why there are a lot of beneficiaries dying of hunger when their money is there with this useless Fund. A have read a lot of complaints. Not even a single one where the fund bother to respond. What is the job of those in the GEPF Board. Are they only there to collect our money without providing services. Shame on them!!!
