Updated personal info

I would like to be assisted for an update on my profile on GEPF. I have emailed marriage certificate long ago. I have noticed that upon my death my spouse will receive R0.00 and only beneficiaries will benefit. Please GEPF update my details with the marriage certificate I have emailed
