Unsettled dispute

My aunt passed away Nov 2020 still today we waiting to get assistance.We did all the noise the up and down to get all documents in order but still no help or feedback.They captured a ghost beneficiary for a 100% benefit in error and still not fixed since issue not resolved. We are being advised to do an affidavit to declare that we must not be paid for the +- 20 years the deceased work for in north west province since she worked in joburg.The stories keep changing and we are left helpless by the department.
