Unsatisfied with Funeral Claim

I am not happy with this department, I submitted a funeral claim for my mom's passing on the 4th August 2025, till now it has not been paid. Their documents say they will process within three days, their office say max of 8 weeks, both timelines are waaayyy past. Still no payment.
