Unsatisfactory service at gepf

Gepf has not paid my pension for 3 months and when I visited the Marshalltown office . The relevant people at this centre called gepf head office . The head office does bot respond to calls . I can't afford medical aid ,insurance policies etc anymore. I am told this trillion dollar fund is unable to help us after .I am informed that they were offline for a month and failed to inform members.
