<div>I was on a call with one of your lousy employees this morning. I didn't even get her name. This foolish girl didn't listen to my query and was less interested in answering a simple question. By the way she is working from home but sounded like she was still in bed. My employer sent me an email 2 days ago to advise me that they have submitted my updated banking details, and when I called wanting to find out about that this silly girl said the documents are still with my employer. When I asked her for an email address I can use to forward the email that my employer sent she mumbled **** that I couldn't hear. Then kept to her word that the documents are still with my employer. I then asked your *********** fool a simple question on how long it takes for them to receive the documents if they were sent 2 days ago, instead she answered me **** that I didn't even ask her. Can you hire professional people cause I don't take kindly to disrespect. And now I'm losing my patience cause it's my ****en pension that I'm enquiring about. Now get a professional to get back to me. </div>
