unprofessional, ************** and dishonest officials
<p>my divorce was finalised on the 19/02/16 and i immediately appliied for my 5o% share from my ex husband pension fund. my ordeal started then and i have been trying with the help of my laywer to follow up on the application as i have 3 kids i must provide for, two still at school. am unemployed and depend on that money as my life is messy because of the divorce. i call and even go to GEPF offices in Pretoria and everytime its emprty promises, lie after lie. my ex husband got his share two months ago, when i question i waas told mine will be reay in a week. i found out now that nothing as been done on my file ever since i made the application, the file has not yet been to SARS, all this time i was **** to and given false hope. i do not know where to get help, am depressed my kids are starving, i need help as soon as possilble</p>

Lucille Smith please get your ducks in a row, how come you request that i send copies of my ID, Decree of divorce n settlement, marriage certificate now whereas Monyai n some of your employees promised over and over that my matter is finalised and the money will be paid out soon? how come did my ex husband get hiis money? does your records not show that he was married but divorced? how difficult it is to process a n application done 11 months back? what is happening to my money, i needed answers, my children are starving , i cant afford to provide for them anymore.
