UNPROCESSED DEATH CLAIM SUBMITTED ON 8 OCT 2025

My mom submitted a death claim for my deceased father on 8 October 2025. To date-25 November 2025 nothing has been processed. We have called more than 10x it's either the system is offline, we register to be called back or the documents have not been captured. On 27 October 2025 after numerous follow ups we were informed that there were missing documents which we submited on 29 October 2025. Nothing has been communicated, or done to the claim to date. This is a DEATH CLAIM that we believe should be prioritised. My grieving mother is stressing and distraught over the lack of professionalism in the GEPF
