Unpaid pensions to the beneficiaries

What a useless pension fund!

I have submitted the claim from my late husband's pensions last year May 2023 and they rep**** in July 2023 that they have received the claim. The file has been on payments section from November 2023 with no progress.

I have already received the warning from school that this is their last day if there are no school fees paid .

The elder one has not started school this year. Very disappointed in our Pension Fund.
