UNPAID PENSIONS since Jan 2018

This is not a review but my last hope or attempt in trying to solve my father's pension saga. He went on pension in Jan 2018 and till to date the 12 June 2019 he's still waiting for his pension,I sent letters,have a book full of different numbers for different dept and people in pensions and now I don't know what to do, he was working for SANDF, I don't know what to do or write I've done it all,sent emails to office of the president even , no response,and his health is deteriorating,he's been diabetic for years but now he's worse. He's dying while waiting for his pension, All I need is the contact number of the ceo of pensions . Who is managing the gepf,I need help my father is dying. I've tried lawyers and their fee was too expensive for us and now I don't know,I need help
