Unpaid pension payout

My husband passed away on the 19/07/2020 application was received by Gepf on the 14/08/2020 but still no payment.I have been calling call centre *** since then but no payment.I have been told that application takes 60 days to finalise but it's more than 10 months waiting.I sent an e mail to *** on the 14/06/2021 to complain but still no answer.What they are doing is unfair and cruel as I have children to support.What do I have to do to get my late husband pensions im struggling to survive and support my children.Maybe Gepf wants us to all die.
