Unpaid pension fund since 2021

Awaiting for my pension payout since 2021 December still date,been giving the run around. Getting the same answer always that my problem will be escalated to the legal department. When I call again after a week. They say that the legal Dept hasn't given them any feedback. Can I please get help. I worked for this money. Am not asking for a loan. But simply what is legally mine.
