Unpaid pension fund

Good day I am LEMIAS Mashego id no ********** 293089 was working for SAPS,persal no ********** 4 for 37 Years and retired on the 31 May 2017 , was working at Mkhuhlu culcata station and still I have not received my pension fund and I cannot also get a respond from the offices.People who retired after me even got their money but for me nothing. Please assist me in this situation I am in and now I am in debts since I thought I will get the money within three months nd now this is the fifth month. Hope all will be in order.
