Unpaid pension

I Mr Ndlovu TL ID number ********** 729085 was employed by Department of Correctional Services and my service was ending on 2017 September 30th. I requested all my funds to be transferred to the Company of my choice. I was then told to resign of I choose that option. I then decided to resign because I wanted to control my funds. Since then I have not received my pension money, I called GEPF on 2017 December 13th, they told me that there was an error of two accounts and not knowing which one to use and will take the my file back DCS. I called DCS and notified them of the error. DCS received the file on the 2017 December 14th. During my follow-up DCS told me that the file was sent back to GEPF on the 2017 December 21st but up to date my pension is not paid and I am deeply involved on credits. I am owing Banks, Insurance companies, family members and friends. Can you please assist me with this matter. It is ****ing my reputation. Thanking you in advance.
