Unpaid pension

I retired from one of the Government Hospitals in December 2014. <br> Submitted my pension documents in October 2014, they got returned to me to make corrections and I submitted the corrected batch on 22 November 2014 back to HR. They got returned to me once again and I submitted the final and correct batch on the 22 January 2015 to the hospital's HR. <br> I followed up with the hospital's HR where they confirmed that the documents have been submitted to the GSSC on 23 January 2015.<br> I visited the pension's offices on 23 February 2015, and was informed that my documents had not been received from the GSSC<br> It is the 11th March 2015 and I still have not received my payment yet<br> <br> Can somebody PLEASE help me sort this out, as I am being pulled back and forth between these departments without any solution to my problem
