Unpaid Benefit

On the 9th of December i received a response from Megan Lambert informing me that my case was receiving attention.Since then i have not received any response. i submitted the relevent forms on the 26th of June 2015 and was informed that the matter will take 6-8 weeks,but since then each time i contacted the call center i am told different stories,its either the file is receiving attentio,waiting for approval,its in the paying dept.and the last time i called in November i was told the payment has been approved and the file sent to Finance dept for payment to be made but up until now i have not received anything. I really don't know where the problem lies.Please assist.
