Unlocated Salary For April

I was ****med in February on my FNB account and I had to deactivate it. I opened a new one with the same bank and submitted it to GEPF. My account was not updated early so my salary kept bouncing back to GEPF as my account was already closed, I had been unpaid for 02months (Mar & Apr). In May, the status of my account update and my bank details were updated as I was then paid on the 15th of May but it was not for the 02months. They said April money had not been returned back by my bank to GEPF. When I contacted my bank FNB it said the money had bounced back to GEPF. Now I don't know what to do because my policies are lapsing and my accounts are accumulating interests because they are unpaid. My living expenses have been very difficult since this ordeal.
