Unhappy with services

GEPF has been taking my mother from office to the other.she has received her IRP5 from employer and when she tries to submit her tax return, she gets the 4482 L/S missing. She went to Gepf to ask them to rectify her IRP5 but they say its fine, the is nothing wrong with it. SARS is saying her employer needs to fix it, and but looks like no one is able to take time and look it.
