Unhappy with gepf

Good day since my last review regarding the death benefit gepf has done nothing. Im starting to wonder if they are trying to ***** the money for them selves or what. I fail to understand how there could be a number of enquiries on one case and still the person holding the file is not bothered by completing their work. The government is really failing us when it comes to gepf.
