UNHAPPY CLIENT - WAITING FOR LONG FOR CLAI TO BE FINALISED

4th of May, I submitted my divorce claim and I was advised that the file is complete, nothing is missing. When I called I'm being told that the file is with the legal department and they are working on the file. Today is the 16th of August and I have not received any communication I have raised a complaint with ref number: Reference Id-Y2N1D8PL. I have not received any feedback and I don't know how long should I wait for a straight forward divorce settlement payout as per the divorce decree agreements
