Unfair Treatment

My mother passed on on the 12th of September this current year. We made a claim on the 13th of September... We have not received the pay out even today. We submitted all necessary documents and 3 yimes because each time i went there to check i was told i hadn't submitted any documents, after that i went to SARS because after the documents stories i was told it was withheld because of SARS... I fixed that too but it has not been paid out.i called last week and i was told to call on monday, i did that and i was told to call on Wednesday, i called today and was told to call on friday since they have not received any feedback... No one is bothering to call us just to give us an update, im the one who had to call everyday.
